Here, arnica grows on sparse mountain meadows, gentian roots in limestone crevices, and wormwood on dry, south-facing slopes. The conditions are demanding — and this is exactly what makes the plants especially rich in valuable active compounds.

For generations, families have tended their growing plots with great care and in close harmony with nature.
