A. Return Policy

Our voluntary return policy

Although Swiss law does not provide a statutory general right of withdrawal for online purchases, we voluntarily grant you a return policy subject to the following terms:

Return period

You may return ordered goods within 14 days without giving any reason.

The return period starts on the day you or a person designated by you (other than the supplier) takes possession of the goods.

Return declaration

To exercise your return right, you must inform us (Ceres Heilmittel AG, Bachtobelstrasse 6, CH-8593 Kesswil, Switzerland, Tel.: +41 71 466 82 82, E-mail: shop@ceresheilmittel.ch) of your decision to return the goods by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post or e-mail). You may use the enclosed return form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising your right of return before the deadline expires.

Consequences of the return

If you return your order, we will promptly refund the purchase price of the returned goods, but no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of the return. Delivery costs will not be refunded.

We will use the same payment method you used in the original transaction for the refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the return. The deadline is deemed to be met if you send the goods before this 14-day period has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this is due to handling them beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of return

The return right does not apply to:

/ Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
